By providing you with a minimum of 3-4 qualified candidates on every search, we enable you to hire the best candidate for the job as opposed to the best available.
Depending on the level of the role, JCSI backs our hires with retention guarantees. For instance, professional, salaried JCSI hires come with a six-month replacement guarantee on non-executive roles. We offer a 12-month retention guarantee for JCSI executive hires. Hourly employees have a 30-day replacement guarantee.
