Jim Sullivan
Jim SullivanFounder & CEO
Building on broad staffing experience in recruitment process outsourcing (RPO), agency, corporate, and contract recruiting, Jim founded JCSI in 1999 with a vision to do it better. Under his leadership, JCSI developed its unique model that unites technology and proven processes with strong partnership and creative strategies to attract the best passive candidates for clients.
Caitlin Sarver
Caitlin Sarver VP, Sales
An integral member of JCSI since joining the firm in 2006, Caitlin oversees new and existing business development for the firm and its executive-search division, BestExec. Caitlin manages the sales team, leads company-wide marketing efforts to strengthen the JCSI-BestExec brand, and is a driving force behind the firm’s continued growth as a unique recruitment services resource.
Matt Bieber
Matt BieberChief Operating Officer
Matt joins the JCSI team with over 15 years of progressive experience, demonstrated ability to lead teams, exceed revenue targets, launch products, drive customer satisfaction, and achieve top decile performance. He is the founder of several companies, including Quantus, one of the early pioneers in real-time marketing automation.
Heather Korpi
Heather KorpiVP, Recruitment Services

Since 2007, Heather’s project and people management skills have provided JCSI with laser focus on improving internal processes to drive delivery. Her consultative services enable clients to improve their hiring practices, and she manages internal and external metrics to measure success, track results, and improve outcomes to strengthen JCSI’s results-oriented recruitment model.

Liz Sullivan
Liz SullivanVP, Human Resources
Liz oversees human resource management activities such as employee compensation, recruitment, personnel policies, regulatory compliance, benefits, and employee assessment and accountability measures. Liz ensures that JCSI rewards employee effort, fosters teamwork, and encourages professional development. She coordinates volunteer opportunities, company-wide events, team-building activities, and corporate meetings to communicate goals, recognize staff contributions, and build camaraderie.
Kellie Rowell
Kellie RowellVP, Operations

With a strong background in management, Kellie has held several leadership roles in recruiting and project management during her 8+ years at JCSI. Kellie provides strategic support to Project Managers to ensure processes and teams work effectively and are on track to meet or exceed client delivery goals.

Jennifer Foxworthy
Jennifer FoxworthyVP, Recruitment Services

With 10 years of sourcing experience, Jen oversees the Sourcing Team, implementing JCSI’s unique strategy for finding A-level candidates across industries and markets—no matter how limited the talent pool. From the crucial, initial benchmarking process to candidate market analysis, Jen’s team uses advanced tools and multiple avenues to find top candidates. In addition, Jen oversees the Recruiting Team, coaching and advising each Recruiter on candidate outreach and relationship-building.

Margot Raffenetti
Margot RaffenettiVP, Executive Search

With 14+ years of experience in project management, Margot leads the executive-search team with exceptional focus and professionalism. Her cross-functional team management experience on large-scale projects and strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills enables Margot to develop solutions tailored to meet each client’s leadership needs.

Cameron Cunningham
Cameron CunninghamVP, Recruiting Communications & Technologies
Working directly with the CEO and executive team, Cameron oversees selection and implementation of new technologies to enhance business process flow for all Sales, Services, and Admin Teams. She is the Salesforce Administrator, manages relationships with all IT-related vendors and the internal communications team, as well as internal and external reporting.
Amy Morrison
Amy MorrisonVP, Finance
Amy joined JCSI in September 2019 as the Senior Accounting Manager. She is a CPA licensed in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and a member of the MSCPA and AICPA.

Leading the Finance team and supporting the Operations and Sales teams, Amy is responsible for the delivery of financial services such as accounting, budgeting and forecasting, contract and insurance management, and reporting, in accordance with financing requirements and organizational policies and strategies.
